our state of the art bonding process that far exceeds the
trace bond strength of "epoxy" backed BGA pad frames
found on the market today.

We firmly believe our BGA pad / trace repair process is
unique and 100% effective. This service will be geared
toward repair facilities that have BGA rework capabilities
but have been plagued with trace repair failure.
