If you do not have this information available to you, please understand that we may not be able to predict the chance of successful repair and may not be able to quote you an accurate repair charge.

Please be absolutely sure that your symptoms / conditions / faults are present and consistent at the time you send the laptop in for repair. If your laptop arrives here in working condition with no visible problem, we will allow the system to run until the problem begins or surfaces. If the problem does not present itself while it's here, there is usually nothing we can do for you. The system is then returned to the customer with no repairs made.


YOUR RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please supply us with a return shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Under NO circumstances will ANY laptop computer be left at the front door of ANY location. If you think because you have a "Signature Release" on file with FedEx that they will leave it, it will not be left. Someone MUST sign for all packages being shipped from our facility.

If a laptop cannot be delivered to your address due to no one being available to sign for it, the package will be returned to our facility and you will be charged for shipping again.

In some special cases where it's impossible for someone to sign for the package we will need written (via Email) correspondence releasing us (AQS Tech) of all responsibility for your package.


Helpful Shipping Tips

(This info is for customers that already received authorization to send in their repair)

  • Provide us with a shipping address were someone can sign for the package!
  • Use the original box if possible
  • If the original box is not available, wrap the laptop in bubble wrap and place it in a box that is large enough to surround it with packing peanuts.
  • Insure your shipment
  • Avoid using the FREE boxes that are supplied by: USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL, these boxes are too thin and do not protect the laptop from possible damage during shipping.
  • Be sure to include all the paperwork that Joe Kabalan mentioned to you via telephone or email. Failure to do so WILL result in a delay in your repair.
  • Avoid laying anything on the top or screen area of the laptop (such as AC adapter) this will break the LCD screen if pressure is applied during shipping.
