Sony Vaio VGN S150 S260 S360 No Boot Video Repair
The Sony Vaio VGN-S Series models can develop a boot problem that is a result of a manufacturing defect
that we discovered back in 2005. We spent a few months developing a solid repair solution for this defect.
This problem may surface with all of the specific models listed below. Some common symptoms are: no video
when the power button is pressed. Also, the laptop may boot and hang or freeze within the operating system.
Also, the operating system may generate an error listing the ATI driver as the fault. Also, the system may enter
a reboot loop once it attempts to load the Windows XP desktop.
